Making sense of data
Conker Statistics are experts in the collection, analysis and interpretation of data.
The processing of data and information plays a huge part in our day-to-day lives, whether we are reading the newspaper, watching the news, playing the lottery, catching a train, choosing a phone tariff, budgeting for a holiday, selecting items at a supermarket or choosing a horse in the Grand National.
We can usually understand this type of data to help us make simple decisions.
However in many cases we struggle to make the best decisions as we cannot make sense of the data.
To make sense of data, special skills are needed to overcome the following challenges:
- What data do we need?
- How should we collect the data?
- How should we analyse the data?
- What results will be useful?
- How should the results be displayed and interpreted?
Conker Statistics have the expertise and experience to overcome these challenges within the workplace and to teach the special skills within schools.
